INGREDIENTS 3 large sweet potatoes 2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp ground black pepper 2 tbsp chopped parsley DIRECTIONS Preheat the oven to 400f. Cut the potatoes into batons. Place on a baking tray. Drizzle on the oil and sprinkle on the paprika, salt and pepper. Toss everything together with your hands. Place in the oven to cook for 25-30 mins.
